What is the best sequence? Moisturizer and eye serum, then primer, then concealer, then foundation then powder, then all other makeup or do we eliminate some steps when using primer?

Thank goodness videos like this one exist. Even though I’m almost 30, I’ve gone without makeup for basically all my life, so all of these different products are extremely confusing to someone who is a complete noob and trying to learn basic skincare and makeup (beyond just my usual “wash-and-go”) from the ground up.
